In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Member", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who has registered an account on the lucky555 Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account opened by a Member on the Platform.

• "MYR" means Malaysian Ringgit, the base currency of the Platform.

By accessing the lucky555 Platform, registering an Account, or placing any Wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the lucky555 Privacy Policy and any product-specific rules published on the Platform. If you do not accept these Terms & Conditions, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and lucky555 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

You are eligible to register and maintain a lucky555 Account only if all of the following conditions are satisfied:

• You are a natural person acting in your personal capacity and not on behalf of a third party;

To access real-money features of the Platform, you must complete the lucky555 registration process accurately and in full. You agree to provide true, current, and complete information, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Malaysian mobile number.

Each individual may hold only one Account on the lucky555 Platform. Registering multiple accounts, whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods, constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, lucky555 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending and settled wagers arising from those accounts, and forfeit any remaining balances.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify lucky555 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. lucky555 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

All Account transactions are denominated in MYR. lucky555 supports the following payment methods for Malaysian Members: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, and FPX bank transfers.

The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion. Deposits are credited to your Account balance promptly upon successful processing by the payment provider.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible. lucky555 targets same-day processing for withdrawal requests submitted by verified Members during operational hours. Verification may be required before processing first or large withdrawals, including submission of government-issued identification and proof of payment method ownership.

lucky555 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawals exceeding RM 50,000 per transaction or where anti-money laundering review is deemed necessary.

lucky555 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. Each promotion is subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer, including but not limited to minimum deposit requirements, wagering multipliers, eligible games, and expiry periods.

Unless stated otherwise in specific promotion terms:

• Bonus Funds must be wagered at least 15 times before they may be withdrawn;
• Wagering contributions vary by game type — live casino and slots typically contribute 100%, while sports bets at certain odds may contribute less;
• Bonus Funds expire 30 days from the date of credit if wagering requirements have not been completed;
• lucky555 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Any Member found to be abusing bonus terms — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, matched betting using bonus funds, or multi-account exploitation — will have their Bonus Funds voided and may be subject to Account suspension.

All Wagers placed on the lucky555 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product (sportsbook, live casino, slots, or crash games). Product rules are published within each product section of the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.

lucky555 reserves the right to void any Wager in the following circumstances:

• A manifest pricing or technical error affected the odds or game outcome;
• The Wager was placed in contravention of these Terms & Conditions;
• There is evidence of match manipulation or corrupt conduct involving the event wagered upon;
• System malfunction or data feed error materially distorted the terms of the Wager.

Settled Wagers are final unless reversed under the circumstances described above. lucky555's decision regarding Wager validity is final and binding.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the lucky555 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or using an Account on behalf of another person;
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform or gain betting advantage;
• Colluding with other Members, third parties, or Platform employees to gain unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or system errors to make or profit from Wagers;
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring deposits to evade anti-money laundering controls, or using the Platform to handle proceeds of crime;
• Engaging in chargebacks or fraudulent payment disputes;
• Creating multiple Accounts for any purpose.

All content on the lucky555 Platform — including but not limited to the lucky555 name, logo, trademarks, software, game content, graphics, text, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of lucky555 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any Platform content without the prior written consent of lucky555.

lucky555 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

lucky555 implements technical and organisational security measures to protect Member data, including 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmissions. lucky555 does not sell or disclose personal data to third parties except as required by law or as described in the Privacy Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lucky555's total aggregate liability to any Member arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the twelve months preceding the claim.

lucky555 shall not be liable for: (a) loss of profits, revenue, or data; (b) indirect, incidental, or consequential losses; (c) losses arising from reliance on Platform content; (d) service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure, payment processors, or force majeure events.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

lucky555 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The Platform is strictly for entertainment purposes and is not an appropriate means of generating income. 21+ age verification is enforced at registration and periodically thereafter.

lucky555 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all Members:

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
